Advisory Council
By state law, school districts operating an approved Community Education program must have a representative citizen's Advisory Council. The purpose of the Advisory Council is to:
· Advise the Community Education Director of the trends, issues and needs within the community
· Assist with needs assessment, resource identification, program development, program evaluation and improve communications with various groups and organizations
· Assist in coordination efforts with various groups and organizations to minimize program duplication.
